I don't really understand the front or why the roof is at 2 different heights...
But if you don't mind that, this is a pretty good house.
The front living room is kind of pointless and more like a waiting room for the rest of the house. But other than that and the floors, I like the rest of it.
The kitchen is large with good appliances and I like the finish of the cabinets (not super crazy about the shiny wood/faux wood). There is a large family room with floor to ceiling windows, a first floor office, and a powder room.
The rooms upstairs are all large with good bathrooms and closets. There is a second laundry room (if you like that). The basement is large with a good ceiling height. And the backyard isn't huge, but it is good.
Three weeks ago, this house was listed at $1,299,000.
Two weeks ago, the price was increased...
