40 Beaconsfield Avenue - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE
This is a 6+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom semi on a 34.92 x 124.25 foot lot at 40 Beaconsfield Avenue in Beaconsfield Village.
It's a rooming house or triplex (I can't figure out which) and it reminds me of the house around the corner at 4 Afton Avenue...
That I posted in April 2013 when it was listed at $999,000 after dropping from $1,389,000 only to sell for $1,265,000.
This house looks like it is a lot bigger with a garage in the back.
But I can't figure out what's going on here.
Because according to a different listing from a year ago that had these photos...
This house sold after being listed at $1,549,000.
And now it's back on the market with a different agent and new photos. But no flipped interior photos so I am guessing nothing has changed.
The new asking price for this semi is $1,490,000.
