Last week, I posted
this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house on a 12.5 x 108 foot lot at 44 Belmont Street in Yorkville.
It wasn't a wide house, but it was a really well done house.
The fact that the kitchen was kind of in a hallway and in the stairwell might bother some people. But if it didn't, this was a great option for a house in this neighbourhood.
It was listed at $1,769,000.
I thought it could sell for asking...maybe a bit more.
