PRICE DROP - 171 Indian Road - RONCESVALLES
At the beginning of May, I posted
this 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 30.33 x 117 foot lot at 171 Indian Road in Roncesvalles.
It was
a flip of a house that I posted in December 2013 when it looked like this

And was listed at $1,149,000.
It
sold for $1,243,000 in March 2014.
I thought it had a ton of potential.
Two years later, it was back on the market and, given the timing, it was clearly a flip. And it also felt like a flip.
There was a lot about it that reminded me of the 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom flip on a 40 x 122 foot lot at
...
Sure, it was in a better location than 371 Parkside since it wasn't on as a busy of a street and I liked the flip job of this house more....
But $3.4!?!?!
I thought it was WAY too high.
It hasn't sold and about a little over a week ago the price was dropped...
To $3,147,000.
That's not going to help.
