PRICE DROP - 181 Crescent Road - ROSEDALE
At the beginning of April, I posted
this 6+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 50 x 254.90 foot lot at 181 Crescent Road in south Rosedale.
It was a renovation/flip of a house that looked like this when it was listed in 2012...
And this on the inside...
It needed work.
In 2012, I think it sold close to $3.1. And after a total renovation, it was listed at $5,875,000 4 years later.
I thought that asking price was a little high.
It never sold and now the price has been dropped. The new asking price for this house is...
$5,295,000.
That was a good drop. But is it enough? I think it might be.
