Comparing the video to the new listing photos below, it doesn't look like there were a lot of changes other than the kitchen cabinets, the removal of the fireplace mantle, new windows, and a new deck (there are no bathroom photos in either listing so it is hard to tell if those were done). The floors are the same, the windows seem to be the same.
At first I thought it must be the basement apartment that apparently gets $1,300/month in rent.
