38 Beaconsfield Avenue - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE
A few minutes ago, I posted the sale of a semi at 40 Beaconsfield Avenue in Beaconsfield Village...
It was the semi attached to this house and it was a 6+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with 7 parkings spaces on a 34.92 x 124.25 foot lot.
Despite selling a year ago after being listed at $1,549,000, it was on the market again 3 weeks ago for $1,490,000. It sold after 7 days on the market for $1,700,000.
This house is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 10 parking spaces on a 42.5 x 122 foot lot.
As of yesterday, this place is now on the market. I'm pretty sure these were listed by the same agent so...
Why were they not listed together!?!
You know, something like the houses at 61 and 63 Brunswick Avenue...
That sold for $3,250,000 in 2013...
Or the houses at 328 and 330 Brunswick Avenue...
That sold for $3,000,000 a year ago...
Or the houses at 70 and 72 Lawton Boulevard in Deer Park that used to look like this...
Were flipped to look like this (not so crazy about it)...
And sold for high mid $3s each.
As I mentioned, the attached house sold 2 weeks ago for $1,700,000.
The asking price for this place that seems to be in the same condition (neither have interior photos) is...
$2,149,000 (but it is listed at $2,100,000 on the agent's site).
