It wasn't a big house, but it was a good house with a new kitchen and bathroom and a family room at the back. The bedrooms weren't huge but they worked for a young family and the basement had a pretty low ceiling and old tile.
But overall, this was a great house.
It was listed at $1,299,000.

That was listed at $1,395,000 and just sold for $1,399,000...
It was clear this was going over asking. I thought it would sell around $1,465,000.
Turns out this house had sold
on Monday...
For $1,670,000.
Considering the 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house with no parking at
...
Sold for $1,475,000 in February...
That might be a little high.
But it does have that family room and the garage.
