10 Vancouver Avenue - LESLIEVILLE
This is 4+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 19 x 99 foot lot with 2 parking spaces at 10 Vancouver Avenue in Leslieville.
It is a flip of a house that used to look like this from the front...
And this from the side...
So, though this isn't my favourite house...
It's a LOT better than it was before.
For the most part, this is a good house. I like the floors and the kitchen. But I don't get the ceiling height thing in the first floor. Why is it different? Is that ductwork? I don't get it.
I also feel like the layout would work better if the bathroom was under the stairs where the dining room table is instead of kind of in the middle of what is essentially an open concept.
And that backdoor? It seems like an after thought.
Not to mention the backyard...
What is that?
Sure, there is a deck on the second floor, the third floor, and the roof...
But this isn't a backyard. It's more parking. Or maybe what looks like the parking at the front is actually just the walkway.
But it is a 4 bedroom house with a third floor master suite that has a door...
And a large basement income opportunity with 2 bedrooms.
I just think with that 'backyard', it might be priced a little high.
The asking price for this house is $1,699,000.
I'm thinking there will be a price drop.
