Hi.

Welcome to the MASH where we gossip about current real estate listings.

Enjoy!

36 Hazelton Avenue #2a - YORKVILLE (UPDATE)

36 Hazelton Avenue #2a - YORKVILLE (UPDATE)

This is a 2,700 square foot, 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 2 underground parking spots in a small building at 36 Hazelton Avenue in Yorkville...

The same building that is apparently home to Mark Wahlberg's $12 million dollar condo.

I could also see this place being home to some Hollywood type as well.  It looks like there have been (or could be) some great parties here.

But other than this sculpture (which I feel like I have seen before but can't place)...

Most of the art in this condo is common staging art from  Brock Irwin art like this...

And this...

And the decor is actually kind of giving me a recently moved out of the parent's house, first condo kind of vibe.

Except there are 2 blankets that are about $2,000 each, and some pretty good furniture, a ping pong table...

And an orchid...

Not to mention that this condo is listed...

For $5,250,000.

So, probably not a first condo.

But for some reason...

I'm still seeing this sort of thing happening here (fyi, language NSFW)...

UPDATE:  Thanks to the reader who emailed in pointing out that this is most likely the home to the son of chef Susur Lee, and designer Brenda Bent of Bent Gable Design, Kai Bent Lee who was either the owner or brother to the owner of the house that sold last year at 274 Westmoreland Avenue for $861,000...

Or it could be home to Jet Bent-Lee as he has this video of him playing ping-pong at apartment on his Instagram...

But perhaps it is the home of Kai Bent-Lee...

Who recently opened Fring's restaurant with his father, Susur, his brother Levi, and Angel Ferraro (an OVO crew member) and fellow Torontonian, Aubrey 'Drake' Graham seen here at the opening..

Because here is a photo of Kai from his Instagram in this living room...

And another one of his Instagram photos showing the bird sculpture that was done by Toronto based artist KWest...

So, whichever brother owns the house, considering they are all in their 20s...I wasn't so far off.
