441 Oriole Parkway - CHAPLIN ESTATES
This is a 6+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 50 x 124.83 foot lot at 441 Oriole Parkway in Chaplin Estates.
And when I first saw the photos, when I saw this interior front door...
It reminded me of another front door that I had posted...

Except that house had more foyer space.
(What is with that front door space!?! It's smaller than most 12 foot wide row house entryways!!!)
And because of the similar front door, I tried to find other similarities...like a tree trunk window or a log fireplace.
I didn't find any of those things but there is this fireplace situation in the living room...
And the many different coloured faux brick walls...yes, multiple brick walls like the one in the living room and this one...
Not to mention the kitchen...
That made me wonder if this was possibly done by the same builders as the house at 173 Lawrence Avenue East...
Just a little more 'toned down'.
This is what the house used to look like when it was listed in 2010 for $1,388,000...
It is now on the market as a rental for $15,000/month...
Or you can buy it with an asking price of $5,088,000.
