PRICE DROP - 80 North Drive - HUMBER VALLEY

In February, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 465 foot ravine lot at 80 North Drive in Humber Valley.

It is a house that has been on the market for a while....like a LONG time.

In May 2011, it was featured in the National Post when the asking price was $3,295,000.  Two weeks later, it was the Toronto Life House of the Week. 

But by June 2011, the price was down to $2,995,000.

In August 2015, it was back on the market with mostly the same furniture (which means it probably never sold) and the new asking price was $3,725,000.

Considering that it was built in 1973 and it didn't seem like there had been a lot of updates since then,  and the fact that it didn't sell 4 years and $730,000 earlier, the price was probably a little high.

It didn't sell but it was still listed again at $3,725,000 in February 2016.

Again, it didn't sell.

A month ago, the price was dropped to...

$3,475,000.

Maybe they should go back to $2,995,000.
