241 Silver Birch Avenue - BEACHES
This is a 4 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with a garage and 3 parking spots on a 22.5 x 120 foot lot at 241 Silver Birch Avenue.
It is a new build that looks to have been built on half of the lot that used to be home to this house...
And the second I saw the front, I immediately thought of the house that I posted in September 2013 at 111 Spruce Hill Road...
The windows are different but still very similar. Inside, thee houses are quite different but, again, still have a similar feel as does the backyard.
And then I saw this bed and bedside table...
And realized it was the same bed and table from the Spruce Hill house...
So, this house was done by the same person. And I like this one even more.
I don't think it will be for everyone because it is dark and the grey kitchen might not be for everyone (I don't love it) and there is a lot of concrete (which I do love).
But this is a REALLY good house.
The Spruce Hill house was bigger with 5 bedrooms on a 34.5 x 120 foot lot. It was listed at $2,599,000. It sold for $2,665,000.
This house is 4 bedrooms on a 22.5 foot lot.
It is listed at $2,149,000.
I think it will sell closer to $2,350,000.
P.S. I am very curious to see what the other new build looks like because the exterior looks nothing like this house or Spruce Hill...
Was it even done by the same builder?
