This is a 6+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 3 parking spots on a 27.25 x 138 foot lot at 97 Walker Avenue in Summerhill.

The style of the house as it is might not be for everyone with the bright reds, blues, and greens.  But with some paint, this could be a completely different house.

I have never seen a Victorian with a foyer with the glass like that and I really like it.  

I don't love the floors and wish the kitchen was open to the dining room and living room.   And the 6 bedrooms in this house are a little excessive but this is a move in ready house with good bathrooms (that could be updated but it's not necessary).  

Plus, there is parking a lot of parking in this house on a street that rarely has available street parking...

And the lot is big enough that even though the driveway takes up half of the backyard, there is still a good sized yard.

It is listed at $2,298,000.

Considering the duplex semi down the street at 89 Walker Avenue...

That was listed at $1,689,900, though it was slightly larger...

But it didn't have parking and needed a lot of work if it was going to be converted from a duplex to a single family home...

And sold for $2,001,000...

Then this price seems 'reasonable' for the parking spots alone.

This will sell fast if it hasn't already.
