And it's a good renovation.
I am not crazy about the white vinyl windows but they are new windows. And I like how they kept the original fireplace and the mouldings.
It's a nice table in the kitchen, but I would prefer a larger island in the kitchen with seating instead of that table.
There is a good sized family room at the back with with great shelves.
And those doors...
The second I saw them I thought of the doors in the house that I posted in March 2012 at 285 Brunswick Avenue...
I really liked that house and this one as well.
Two of the bedrooms on the second floor aren't exactly huge with one of them having the washer and dryer in the closet. And I can't really figure out how that third floor is a comfortable bedroom.
But overall, this is a great house with 4 bedrooms, a good kitchen with a family room, a finished basement, and a 2 car garage...all in a high demand neighbourhood.
It is listed at $1,499,900.
In 2012, the house at 285 Brunswick Avenue sold for somewhere around $1.1 making it almost a $1.7 house today...
Which is where I think this place will sell....maybe more like $1,750,000.
The basement and the parking kind of seal the deal...not to mention that family room.
