As it is now, I am sure there are mixed feelings among the neighbours. It's definitely a different house than the rest on the street and with the dark stucco, and the 3 storeys, it is kind of imposing.
But even if you don't like it on the outside, you have to admit it's pretty good on the inside.
It's bright with huge windows everywhere and a lot of white.
I'm not sure I love the dining room where it is because at first I thought you walked right into the dining room. But at least it is kind of separated from the front door with that washroom and what looks like a closet.
The kitchen is a good size with good appliances and the living room/family room is also a good size with a good fireplace and shelves.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are all large with storage and what looks like an ensuite bathroom in each room. There is laundry upstairs (but no where to fold) and 2 decks.
The basement is a good size and is also bright with large windows and a walkout that works here.
Only thing is it needs some trees or a hedge. The house, with all the windows, is not very private.
And the asking price is $1,849,000.
That seems kind of steep.
It is a good house on the inside though.
