PRICE DROP - 1171 Queen Street West #808 - WEST QUEEN WEST

A little over a week ago, I posted this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with an underground parking spot at 1171 Queen Street West.

It was a condo located in a building that blogTO called one of  'the five ugliest Toronto buildings of the last 10 years' in a 2011 blogTO article'.

But it was in a good location. Only problem was that it looked into another building.

It was listed at $419,000 with $403.85 monthly fees.

I guess it didn't sell and the price has been dropped to $409,000.

Maybe they should throw in these chairs...
