PRICE DROP #3 - 32 Beaty Avenue - PARKDALE
In April, I posted this 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 99.25 x 171 foot lot at 32 Beaty Avenue in Parkdale.
It was a large house that reminded me of the house at 208 Dunn Avenue...
Both were beautiful, old Parkdale homes but this one was on a lot that was twice the size.
And it was listed for more than twice as much as the sold price of 208 Dunn Avenue. That house sold for $1,900,000 in December 2013.
This house was listed at $4,400,000....which was insane.
In June, the price was dropped to $3,950,000.
By September, the price was dropped to $3,795,000.
It has now been dropped again to $3,495,000.
