AND IT WENT FOR - 103 Victor Avenue - RIVERDALE

In October, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 20 x 110 foot lot at 103 Victor Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a house that had looked like this a year ago...

From the looks of the staging, the kitchen, the floors, and the overall general feel of the house, it was done by the same flippers that flipped the house at 34 First Avenue in Riverside...

It was listed at $899,000 which I thought was a little high.  After a price drop to $879,000, it sold for $858,000.

This house that was bigger and detached but also didn't have parking was listed at $1,499,000.

After a week on the market, it had not sold but was no longer for sale.  But it was for lease for $6,500/month.

Then almost 2 months later, it was back on the market for a slight increase to $1,498,000.  I thought it probably wouldn't get the $1,650,000 price I thought it would get the first time around.

And it didn't.  This house sold in 2 days...

For $1,717,000.
