Two weeks ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 14 x 90 foot lot at 15 Milverton Boulevard in the Danforth/Greektown neighbourhood.

It was a flip of a house that used to look like this...

According to the Globe and Mail article about this Toronto Community House, it was listed in 2013 for $375,000.

After the flip, it was listed at $899,000.

Even though it didn't have parking, I thought the price was good and that it would probably sell closer to $950,000.

It sold after 6 days on the market...

For $980,000.
