It has been listed since at least March 2012.
It's a large condo with a huge patio over looking the Parc...
And access to an Olympic sized pool...
But if you aren't into black and white...
It might be a bit much.
When I originally posted it, the asking price was $5,900,000. By November of that year, the price was dropped to $4,850,000.
It looks like in August, the price was dropped again to $3,600,000.
So, was that the last drop?
