PRICE DROP - 659 Dovercourt Road - DUFFERIN GROVE
At the beginning of December, I posted this 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom duplex semi with 2 parking spots on a 25.25 x 100.05 foot lot at 659 Dovercourt Road in Dufferin Grove.
It was a house that I had posted before right after it had been flipped in 2012. It was listed at $1,589,000. I thought it would sell closer to $1,399,000...$1,450,000 tops. It sold for $1,489,000.
And it was on the market again with no changes...
For $2,350,000.
An annual 10% increase would put this house at $2,180,000...so, it was probably going to have a price drop.
And it did. This house is now listed at $2,250,000.
