29 Lockwood Road - THE BEACHES TRIANGLE
This is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 25 x 118 foot lot at 29 Lockwood Road in the Beaches...or Beaches Triangle.
It is located a few streets away from the house that I posted in April 2015 at 69 Dixon Avenue...
That house was a flip done by a flipper who was also behind the house at 288 Rhodes Avenue...
And 375 Main Street...
And they all had very distinct design choices like the faux brick walls, the wood walls, and a lot of black, and a lot of HomeSense accents.
This house has the faux brick walls and the wood wall (both of which I want to paint white), not to mention some HomeSense accents...
But I am not sure this flip that used to look like this...
Is also a flip by the HomeSense flipper because unlike her other flips, there was not a lot of thought in the staging of the rooms upstairs.
And other than the wood wall and the faux brick, I can't find any of the same accents or, other than the front and back doors, there isn't a lot of black.
The house on Dixon that wasn't quite as large as this house was listed last year for $1,350,000. It didn't sell and was back on the market in August for $1,299,000. It sold a week later for $1,299,000.
This house is listed at $2,189,888. It has been listed for a couple of weeks.
I think it's time for a drop.
P.S. That ensuite bathroom layout at the back of the house is driving me crazy.
