PRICE DROP - 182A Moore Avenue - MOORE PARK
At the beginning of August, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 25 x 144 foot lot at 182A Moore Avenue in Moore Park.
It was a new build on a lot that used to be home to this house...
And as far as new builds go, it's a good one.
I don't love the staging or all the wainscotting, but the floors are nice, the bathrooms are good, the basement has good ceiling height, and there is a good kitchen.
Only problem is that with the driveway and the tree in the backyard...
It's kind of unusable.
This house was listed at $3,180,000.
Considering that the neighbour that I am assuming looks exactly the same, just without the tree, has already sold, I assumed they priced this house accordingly.
But $3.2!?! That seems really high...
Especially when you consider that with the original house selling for $1.4, if these 2 new houses sold for $3.2 each, that means the builders would have turned a $1.4 lot into a $6.4 lot.
Kind of crazy.
But this house didn't sell and the price has now been dropped. The new asking price for this house is...
$2,995,000.
I think there will be another drop.
