2653 Ridge Road West - BARRIE (4 Comments)

This is a large waterfront compound with two 12,500 square foot homes and a self-contained apartment above a 3 car garage plus a boat house with 525 feet of waterfront on a 17.24 acre lot at 2653 (or 2615) Ridge Road West in Barrie.

It's kind of amazing.

There is so much that stands out like the large lawn, the tennis court, the castle like playground, the beachfront, the light house...

But after looking at the interior photos of one of the houses, I couldn't get this intelligence test out of my mind (or this)...

According to the test...

If you find 1-3 animals, you are an idiot.
If you find 4-6 animals, you are normal.
If you find 7-9 animals, you are smart.
If you find 10-12 animals, you are a genius.
If you find more than 13 animals, you are a superhuman.

I did the test and I found 8 animals.

But if we were to do the same test based on this house rather than that black and white image above....

We would all be a superhuman.

Because there are at least 30 animals in this house.

And I do really love this house but...

I stopped counting when I got to this photo...

I can't with elephant feet made into stools...and I'm sure I am not alone.

If it weren't for all the other dead animals and horns in the house, I would have thought those stools were made out of plastic, but they clearly are not and it's making me not love this place.

But this is a pretty amazing property.
