At the end of August, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 17 x 127 foot lot at 62 King Edward Avenue in Woodbine-Lumsden.
A reader had sent it in and when I saw the listing photo, my first thought was...
What was that!?!
What was going on with the front of this house!?! I had never seen anything like it.
It's a house that used to look like this in 2013 when it was listed at $599,000...
When I posted it in August, the asking price was $748,899. By October, the price was down to $690,000.
It still hasn't sold and the price has changed again.
The new asking price for this house is now...
$879,900.
