SOLD - 139 Christie Street - SEATON VILLAGE

It is a house that a reader sent in a little over a week ago saying...

'What happened here?!'

It isn't a big house and the lot isn't very wide.  Plus, it is located on a fairly busy street.  And from a quick google search, it looks like it was listed in September but didn't sell.

But then it was back on the market in mid-January for the same listing price as September...

$499,000.

Considering that the detached house up the street at 201 Christie Street...

Was listed at $599,000 in December 2013 and sold for $641,000...

Then this was probably a little low but not much.  But it was low enough that they were probably looking for a bidding war.  

But I doubt they were expecting 46 offers!!!

That's right.  This bungalow on a 17.17 foot lot on Christie Street had 46 offers.  

And it sold...

For $988,018...

For a 17.17 foot lot.

So, again, the question is....
