It is a newly built farmhouse located 30 minutes from Pearson airport and only a short drive to Belfountain and the Forks of the Credit. And if you are a skier, it is also only minutes to the Caledon Ski Club.
It is a house that looks to be done by the same people who did the houses at 805 Glenleven Crescent in Mississauga...
And the house at 2186 Corrier Lane also in Mississauga...
Those were really well done houses. But of the 3, this is by far my favourite. It's a great property. I like the open concept with the sunken living room. There are TONS of windows. It's a great kitchen with a hidden pantry. The rooms are big and all have ensuites. And there is a huge basement (currently unfurnished).
The only thing it needs is a pool.
It is listed at $2,599,000...
Which to me, doesn't seem crazy for this house and the property.
