This is a 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom cottage with 230 feet of water front at 3164 Muskoka Road 118 (even though it is really on Carr Drive) just south of Port Carling on the south end of Lake Rosseau in Muskoka.
It is a newly built cottage and isn't your old school dark and dreary cottage like Harry Hamlin's family cottage that he shares with Lisa Rinna on Governor's Island on Lake Joseph.
There is definitely a charm to that sort of cottage. But if you are not into charm and want a cottage that is nicer than most homes in Toronto...
This is a really good option.
And if you are looking for a winterized cottage with in-floor heating for the winter, this place is available for occupancy at the end of October.
Thing is, it's just a tad pricey.
