This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on an 18 x 123 foot lot with a 3 car garage at 508 Delaware Avenue in the Dufferin-Davenport neighbourhood that is apparently also going by th 'Brewery District'.
If it looks familiar, it's because I posted it ages ago when it was first listed in 2012 when I suspected that it was someone like this that lived there...
It was the antlers, the industrial lights, the bike on the wall, and the chairs.
I'm not sure exactly who lived there but the house was sold to Drake General Store co-owner, Carlo Colacci and his wife, Laura seen here talking about the house on the House and Home website...
They did some work that brightened up the house like changing the kitchen counters to white and getting rid of the super dark floors. They also added (I assume becuase they weren't shown in the first listing) these glass and iron doors...
Five months later, it is back on the market, but this time, it's for lease.
If you want it unfurnished, the cost is $5,100/month. But if you are into the vintage style of the furniture...
The asking price is $6,000.
And if you are into craft beer (I am not), you are only steps to the new Bellwoods Brewery, Blood Brothers Brewery, and the Greater Good Bar.
