PRICE INCREASE - 69 Old Forest Hill Road - FOREST HILL

When I first posted this 6+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on an 80 x 200 foot lot at 69 Old Forest Hill Road in Forest Hill in January 2013 when it was For Lease, I pointed out that it had been listed for a long time.

From what I could tell, it was first listed in September 2010 for $7,500,000.  By November 2010, the price was dropped to $6,500,000.

In April 2011, the price was dropped again to $6,100,000.  By February 2012, the price was down to $5,495,000.

When I posted it a year later, it was For Lease for $14,000/month.

In November 2014, it was back on the market for $5,500,000.  By December 2014, the price was down to $5,200,000.

It is back on the market.  And considering none of the furniture has changed, my guess is that it never sold.

The new asking price is...

$7,599,000.
