This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house with a detached garage on a 20 x 129 foot lot at 321 Manning Avenue.
It is a house that used to look like this in 2009...
As it is now, it is a charming old house with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, and what looks like a recently finished basement. And I like all the tile.
I'm just not sure why with what was probably a clean slate, why that the kitchen is at the front. Or maybe they did just follow the original footprint.
The listing says it is 3 bedrooms but the 3rd bedroom is more like an office on the first floor. Then again, it looks like the first floor powder room is also a shower. And there is a bedroom in the basement as well. So, though this isn't exactly set up for a family, it could be a 4 bedroom house.
Or it could be for a young single person or a couple.
I just wish there were photos of what it looks like inside the garage because that looks interesting.
This house is listed at $1,499,000.
And in this market, since it is detached and on a good lot with that garage, it will probably sell closer to $1,950,000.
