AND IT WENT FOR - 249 Albany Avenue - ANNEX

Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 27 x 173.50 foot lot at 249 Albany Avenue in the Annex.

It was house that had a listing photo that made it look like it needed a lot of work.

But from what I could make out of the odd interior photos that included images like this...

It was actually a really good house that actually looked like this...

It was listed at $2,198,000.  I thought it would sell fast.

It sold 2 days after I posted it...

For $2,560,000.
