After a reader sent in this listing saying this place was 'kind of awesome', I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 60 x 156.50 foot lot at 5 Waxwing Place in Don Mills.

It WAS kind of awesome.

But though the listing said...

'This Home Features Great Architecture Throughout With The Option To Update, Renovate Or Build Your Own'

I didn't think the person that would buy it would keep it and would probably replace it with something like the nieghbour...

This house was listed at $1,499,000.

It sold...

For $2,230,000.

Wonder if they will at least keep the fireplace...
