22A Birch Avenue - SUMMERHILL (1 Comment)
One of my first posts ever was for a townhouse in this building at 22 Birch Avenue.
At the time, it was listed at $2,475,000 and I assumed it sold over ask.
Then in September 2016, it was on the market again. The asking price was $2,988,000. I never posted the selling price, but it sold the next day for $3,116,000.
Now, this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse in the same building is on the market. It is basically the same house but I prefer this one being right on the street with the rooftop deck that overlooks the city. And I prefer the style of the bathrooms and the layout. Also, there is that staging (how many throw pillows can one person have!?!).
It is listed at $2,885,000.
So, I guess it's going over.
