How much does a lap pool cost!?!
According to www.PoolPricer.com, it's about $50/square foot. And how many square feet do you think this pool is...
I'm guessing it's about 2.5 x 12 feet...so $1,500!?! That doesn't make sense.
But neither does $150,000 because that is the only thing that I can see that is different from this town house and the town house I posted a few weeks ago at 251 Roxton Road...
And that is the difference between the sold price of that house and the asking price of this house.
$148,000...MORE!
The house at 251 Roxton Road that was not attached on both sides and showed a lot better but didn't have a pool was listed at $1,999,000. It sold for $2,000,000.
This house that IS attached on both sides and doesn't show as well is listed at $2,148,000.
That's some pool.
