This is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a detached 2 car garage on a 25.75 x 118.29 foot lot at 831 Logan Avenue in Riverdale.
It looked like this in 2011...
It was renovated in 2012. And they did a good job.
It's a little weird that the kitchen cabinets go all the way into the living room when there is a wall that blocks off the kitchen...
Basically, the microwave is in the living room. It's weird.
It looks like it might be a little tight, but I wonder if the dining room table could have fit here and then the current dining room would be a family room.
Upstairs, the rooms are all a good size with bathrooms for everyone and the basement is done with another bathroom.
The only problem with the house (if that microwave situation doesn't bother you) is that it is REALLY exposed...
ANd there is no option to plant anything to create some privacy from the street and the park like the house at 1 Fenwick Avenue...
But both are across the street from WIthrow Park which is a big plus.
The house at 1 Fenwick Avenue was on a wider 40 foot lot but it was a gutter. It was listed in 2014 for $1,100,000 (which was ridiculously low). It sold for $1,725,111.
Three years later, this house that is smaller but fully done is listed at...
$1,899,000.
It will probably sell closer to $2.4.
