AND IT WENT FOR - 22A Birch Avenue - SUMMERHILL

At the beginning of May, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom town house at 22A Birch Avenue in Summerhill.

It was a town house in the same building as the three storey, 4 bedroom, 3800 square foot condo with 900 square feet of outdoor living space and 2 garages at 22D Birch Avenue that I first posted in years ago when it was listed at $2,475,000 and again in September 2016 when it was listed at $2,988,000.  I don't know what it sold for when it was first listed but in September 2016, it sold for $3,116,000.

This townhouse that I would say was better because of the location and I preferred the style of the bathrooms and the layout.

It was listed at $2,885,000.  It sold about 2 weeks later...

For (approximately) $2,850,000.
