In December, I posted this 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom on a 21 x 151 foot lot at 60 Melbourne Avenue in Parkdale.

It was one of 2 new builds on a lot that used to look like this...

Overall, it was a good house but not everyone was going to like the art...

and not everyone was going to like the facade that reminded many of this...

It was listed at $3,388,000.

At the beginning of April, the price was dropped to $2,750,000.

It finally sold 2 weeks ago (thanks to the reader for pointing that out)...

For $2,500,000.
