This is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a large ravine lot at 167 Rosedale Heights Drive in Moore Park.

And it is done.

According to the listing, the master bath and the kitchen were redone in May 2016. There is no mention of the rest of the house but it looks like it was probably all done at the same time.

And they did a really good job.

I wish there were more photos of the kitchen because the layout seems a little weird and like there isn't a lot of counter space. But there is room for a large table and it overlooks a large family room full of windows.

I also wish there was a floor plan of the upstairs because I don't understand what is going on with that room at the top of the stairs or how the bedrooms are laid out.

But it seems like whatever the layout, it was a good one because this house was listed at $4,850,000.

It sold...

For (approximately) $5,480,000.
