This is a VERY good house.
It is a 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house with a detached garage on a 30 x 200 foot lot at 84 Blantyre Avenue in Fallingbrook.
It used to look like this 2 years ago (scroll to see all photos) when the asking price was $999,999...
So, I'm going to assume it is a flip. And for a flip, it is really good.
The first floor is large (the dining room area might be a little small unless you turned the table) with a large kitchen and a big and bright family room. The bedrooms are a good size with bathrooms and the basement is also big and bright and even has a wine tasting corner...
(Seriously, do people actually sit on these chairs and sample wine!?!)
The backyard is really large with a good sized area for chairs or a table with a covered area and studio and a whole other area beyond that would be a great spot for a pool. Or a basketball court. Or an ice rink/baseketball court. Or leave it as is. Either way, it is still a great space.
After being gutted and fully redone, the asking price for this house is now...
$2,950,000.
I doubt it will sit for long.
