This is a 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with 3 parking spots on a 33.92 x 183.00 foot lot at 19 Glencairn Avenue in Lytton Park.
It is a house that looked like this 2 years ago...
So, it has been completely renovated and is now on the market as a flip (I assume).
It is open concept but they left walls that make it feel separated on the first floor. And I assume they did a big extension at the back to create the bright and open family room/kitchen.
As for that kitchen and family room, I like it for the most part but I am not crazy about those book shelves and the location of the stove is really inconvenient and a little too close to the table.
But it is a good, large space.
Upstairs, the rooms are all a good size with en suites. And if you didn't need 4 bedrooms, the top floor could become an office, a games room, or a big guest bedroom.
There is a mudroom. The basement is bright with a walkout (those things are starting to grow on me) to a big back yard. But the walk out goes out to a backyard that is not done.
Or perhaps they didn't finish it so that the new owner could decide whether they wanted to add a pool or not.
Overall, this is a REALLY good house.
If this were listed 3 months ago, it would probably sell for $3.3 million.
It is now listed at $2,875,000.
