This is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on a 17.50 x 104.50 foot lot at 24A Frankdale Avenue in East York.
It is a new build that used to look like this...
So, two 17.5 foot houses were built on what was a 35 foot lot. And it is pretty narrow.
This is the dining room...
There is not a lot of space there. And I don't get what is with all the space at the front door and what looks like no closet...
But overall, this is a really good house.
The bedrooms are a good size and the third floor principal bedroom has a large closet and bathroom.
It is listed at $1,550,000.
Two months ago, definitely...maybe even $1,650,000. But it is only 3 bedrooms in what is now a weird market. This one will be interesting to watch.
