SOLD - 185 Rosewell Avenue - LYTTON PARK (1 Comment)

I'm confused.

In November, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 26.75 x 100 foot lot at 185 Rosewell Avenue in Lytton Park.

It was a recently renovated house that wan't huge but was a really good family house with a small family room off of a recently renovated kitchen.  The lot wasn't deep at only 100 feet but the yard was good with a small deck that could be made larger.

It was listed at $1,985,000.  I thought it would sell closer to $2,100,000.

Three weeks later, it had apparently sold fast and for higher than I thought it would.

Almost 2 weeks ago, it was back on the market for $1,749,000.

Last week, it sold again, for apparently about 3% over that ask.

So....

What happened to the first sale!?!
