Not to mention, there is a street gang named after the neighbourhood that is mentioned in this website I found called Rap Dictionary (it has 2,543 rap definitions and a list of 1,674 DJs, MCs, producers, and singers if you are interested).
But considering this house is only a short walk to Geary Avenue, the Junction, St. Clair West, the Galleria Mall area that is getting completely redone, and Earlscourt Park, this neighbourhood seeing a lot of changes.
And if you are looking for a house in a central location that is close to transit, this price for a 3 bedroom house with parking and a rental unit is pretty hard to beat.
