A little over a year ago, I posted a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo townhouse with a private 2 car underground parking and a private elevator at 1076 Bay Street in the Bay Cloverhill area.
It was the attached neighbour to this house which is also a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo with 2 parking spots at 1078 Bay Street.
That house was a mirror image of this house but the styles of the houses are a little different. This house is white all over with nice but stagey furniture. The other house was done and it looked like it was done by a designer.
I'm not sure if or what that house sold for but it was listed at $2,670,000 with $797.65/month condo fees.
This house that is basically the same place is now listed 15 months later for...
$3,295,000.
