#D 22 Birch Avenue - SUMMERHILL, TORONTO (6 Comments)
A year and a half ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 3,800 square foot townhouse with 2 parking spots at #D 22 Birch Avenue in Summerhill.
It was a house that I posted when this blog was only 2 days old. The asking price then was $2,475,000.
Years later, it was back on the market with the same furniture so, unless the house sold and they sold all the furniture with it too, this was listed again by the same owners.
The new asking price was $2,988,000. I thought it would sell that time around. And apparently it did sell the next day for approximately 4% over ask.
It is now back on the market. And I am really confused about what is going on because the listing photos are STILL the same as the first time a posted it.
This time, the asking price is...
$3,875,000.
