Do you remember the house that had the sketchy pricing in just 3 months?

It was the 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 20 x 116 foot lot with no parking at 707 Crawford Street in Bickford Park that looked like this...

It was listed in February 2016 for $729,000 and apparently sold a day later for about 3% over ask.

Two months later, with no changes, it was back on the market for $999,000.

I guess a quarter of a million dollars in 2 months wasn't enough so they increased the price in May to $1,198,000...

Or 60% in 3 months.

I have no idea what it sold for, or even if it sold, but it is back on the market as a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a detached garage.

According to the listing, it's been on the market for 34 days with an asking price of...

$2,298,000.

Well, it does have 2 of washers and dryers.
