When you have a boring listing like this house...

What do you do to make it stand out?

Make a video of a guy in his underwear dancing around the house like Tom Cruise in Risky Business...

It's a little cringe worthy at parts (or at all parts) but it worked.  After I saw it on DailyHive, I couldn't ignore it.

As for the house itself, like I said, it's boring but it is a good house.  It's bright.  It is a 3+1 bedroom, 2+1 bathroom house with a detached garage.  There is an income suite in the basement.  It's located between Bloordale Village and Geary Street.

And if you were up for a renovation, the family room and kitchen could be switched and opened up with with lots of windows to the back yard and the bathroom with the shower could be made smaller adding more space on the first floor.  And things like changing the foyer flooring and maybe the flooring throughout, especially that carpet, could be changed.  I can't tell if that is real wood.  (And maybe they could move the intake vent from the bottom of the stairs while they are at it.)

So, it's a good house overall.  It's just not that exciting.  And it's located on Lansdowne...

Which is pretty busy.
