I mentioned that while the marketing video was interesting…
The house itself was NOT.
It wasn’t bad. It was just boring.
And it was located on busy Lansdowne which is why I didn’t say that this house would probably sell around $930,000 (my first reaction until I noticed the location).
I thought the $849,000 asking price was probably about right.
But, I guess they got so much attention from that video that they thought it made sense to increase the price…
To $955,000.
Thing is, the house is still the same and it is still in the same location.
